First Visit

Your initial appointment will consist of our staff taking the necessary X-rays to address your concerns.  Dr. Burke usually recommends taking a full mouth series of X-rays unless a specific area is bothering you.  We will gather all of the information needed to develop a treatment geared towards your needs and concerns.

If you have dental insurance, please bring the necessary documentation. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to your appointment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
